Newcastle Uni Students Can Win Free UK Trip With myOE

Last year I was lucky enough to go to the UK for 2 weeks for free. Yep, you read correctly, free - I didn’t pay for flights, accommodation, meals or even Tube tickets. I spent a fortnight galavanting about England, Scotland & Wales with 9 other uni students. Sounds good, right? Well, if you’re a final year university student then you can enter to win an unbelievable UK travel package as well.

myOE are experts when it comes to living, working and playing in the UK and have returned with a Travel Scholarship program that’s even bigger and better than last year!

They’ve changed it up a little and this time they’re giving 3 lucky students from across Australia & New Zealand the ultimate overseas experience. The top prize is:

  • Flights to London
  • Two weeks accommodation at the myOE London Guesthouse
  • A Tier 5 UK visa
  • Assistance from one of myOE’s exceptional London Account Managers
  • Travel insurance
  • A UK Pro Pack which includes a London A-Z guide, UK sim card, loads of London discount vouchers and all the essentials you need to land on you feet and truly enjoy your UK OE!

The prize is valid for 3 years, which would give you plenty of time to plan you UK adventure before you jump on the plane!

By entering the competition you’re also in the running to make it to the Winners Weekend in Fiji – 3 days of fun (and some (fun) work) in the sun in the company of a student from every university in Australia & New Zealand and some pretty awesome staff.

Want to represent Newcastle this year? Here’s a nifty video & entry into Stage 1 of the competition is simple. Here are some instructions.

Helen Henry grew up in Newcastle, and in 2010 graduated with a Bachelor of Communication from the local University. This was pleasing because it made her officially qualified to communicate about the things she likes most: music and the music industry, photography, digital, cute animals and her friends & family. Most recently, Helen worked as a Digital Projects Assistant at Sticky Advertising and was Editor of Urban Insider. She has recently landed a pretty sweet gig working in the music industry in Sydney.
