Integrated Engineering Services, based in Broadmeadow, NSW  is an Engineering Design and Manufacturing company that specialises in the production of components and steel fabrication for many applications including the mining sector, rail maintenance, lifting equipment and more.

Established in 2002 by a group of like-minded Engineers in order to provide technical expertise to the coal mining industry, Integrated Engineering Services’ engineers have a diverse range of backgrounds and experience that combine to provide industry best practice solutions to maximise your plant and equipment’s availability and minimise lifecycle cost. From feasibility through to design, construction and commissioning IES can provide specialist engineering to suit your requirements.

Their in house manufacturing workshop complements our design capabilities, which allows IES to control the quality and standards of the products we supply to their customers. IES can also make prototypes and refine the products before they go into mass production.

Their machinery is computer controlled so that repeatability and quality is always paramount. Machinery includes CNC Mills, Lathes, Welding rotators and welding robots.

Integrated Engineering Services’ machines are linked to their network from which machine code is generated directly from their drawing programs. This means that what is designed by the engineers is what is manufactured. This reduces programming time and operator error which translates to huge cost savings that are then passed onto the customer.

Their close proximity to Sydney and Newcastle Airport allows IES to service markets across Australia at ease. So whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, North and Central Queensland or anywhere in between, IES are able to come to your site and provide technical assistance rapidly when needed during breakdowns, commissioning and installation.
